Tandy Therapy is looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing pediatric therapy team. This is a great opportunity for an SLPA who loves working with children, enjoys building meaningful relationships with families, and wants to be part of a collaborative team of therapists.

As an SLPA at Tandy Therapy, you will provide speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). You will work with children with a variety of communication needs while helping them build functional skills that support success at home, at school, and in their everyday lives.

What You’ll Do

• Provide speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients under the direction and supervision of an SLP.
• Work with children with a variety of communication and developmental needs.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and support progress toward established goals.
• Build positive relationships with children and their families.
• Accurately document treatment sessions and client progress.
• Communicate regularly with supervising SLPs regarding client progress, concerns, and needs.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other members of the therapy team when appropriate.
• Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing professional development.
• Help create a fun, engaging, and supportive therapy environment.
• Maintain professional standards and follow clinic policies and procedures.

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in Idaho and/or Washington.
• Passionate about working with children and families.
• Patient, creative, and engaging.
• A strong communicator who works well as part of a team.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage documentation and a therapy schedule.
• Open to feedback and interested in continuing to grow professionally.
• Comfortable working with children with a variety of developmental and communication needs.
