Client Coordinator Lead

At Tandy Therapy, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to live their best life. We're looking for a motivated, organized, and compassionate Client Coordinator Lead to lead our front office team and create an exceptional experience for the families we serve.

As the face of our clinic, you'll oversee scheduling, referrals, patient intake, customer service, and daily clinic operations while mentoring our Client Coordinator team. What You'll Do

• Lead and support our Client Coordinator team
• Keep therapist schedules full and organized
• Coordinate referrals, evaluations, and patient scheduling
• Build relationships with families and referral partners
• Improve clinic systems and workflows
• Support community outreach and growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Leadership experience or the desire to grow into a leadership role
• Positive attitude and a solutions-focused mindset
• Experience in healthcare, scheduling, or customer service preferred
