Tandy Therapy is growing, and we're looking for a bilingual pediatric therapy professional who is passionate about helping children and families thrive.

We are seeking a bilingual SLP, SLPA, OT, COTA, PT, or PTA who can provide culturally responsive, family-centered care and communicate effectively with children and caregivers in both English and another language.

Spanish/English bilingual candidates are especially encouraged to apply. Other languages are welcome as well.

At Tandy Therapy, we believe families should feel understood, supported, and included in their child's care. Being able to communicate with a family in their preferred language can help build trust, improve participation, and create a stronger connection between therapy and everyday life.

What You'll Do

Depending on your discipline and role, you may:

• Provide pediatric evaluations and therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Communicate with children and families in both English and another language
• Provide caregiver education and home strategies
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other members of the child's care team
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and co-treatments
• Provide services in clinic, school, and/or teletherapy settings
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
• Help families understand their child's goals, progress, and therapy recommendations
• Support children in developing functional skills for home, school, and community participation

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

• Bilingual in English and another language
• Comfortable communicating directly with children and caregivers in both languages
• Passionate about working with children and families
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the applicable discipline in Idaho and/or Washington
• Collaborative and comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Dependable, organized, and professional
• Open to learning, feedback, and professional growth
• Committed to family-centered and culturally responsive care

New graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome to apply.

Pediatric experience is preferred, but we are interested in meeting candidates who have the right combination of clinical skills, communication abilities, and passion for working with families.

Compensation

Competitive hourly compensation based on discipline, experience, credentials, position, and employment status.

Specific compensation will be discussed based on the position and candidate's qualifications.
