The Client Coordinator is often one of the first people a family meets and plays an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and supportive experience for the children and families we serve. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and another language, with Spanish/English bilingual candidates especially encouraged to apply. What You'll Do
As a Client Coordinator, you will help families navigate their experience with Tandy Therapy while supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Responsibilities may include:
- Welcome children and families to the clinic with a warm and professional approach
- Communicate with families by phone, email, text, and in person
- Assist families with scheduling and appointment coordination
- Help families understand clinic processes, paperwork, and next steps
- Communicate with families in English and another language as needed
- Assist with new client intake and onboarding
- Maintain accurate client information and records
- Coordinate communication between families, therapists, and the administrative team
- Assist therapists and clinical leadership with scheduling and administrative needs
- Monitor schedules and help identify scheduling gaps or conflicts
- Assist with obtaining and organizing required documentation
- Help maintain a clean, organized, welcoming front-office environment
- Handle confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and Tandy Therapy policies
- Support insurance and authorization-related administrative tasks as needed
- Participate in team meetings and training
- Help create a positive experience for families from their first interaction with Tandy Therapy

- Comfortable working in a busy pediatric healthcare environment

- Someone who takes initiative and looks for ways to help
Healthcare, medical office, pediatric, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
Bilingual Communication
Being able to communicate with families in their preferred language is an important part of this position.
Candidates should be comfortable speaking and communicating professionally in English and another language.
Spanish/English bilingual candidates are especially encouraged to apply.

Schedule
Full-Time
Typical clinic hours may include Monday–Thursday approximately 7:00 AM–6:00 PM and Friday approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview process and may vary based on clinic needs.
Compensation
$18.00 per hour
Eligible full-time employees may also have access to Tandy Therapy's benefits package and performance-based bonus opportunities.
