Evening Delivery Driver — Tancho Sushi

About the Role

Tancho Sushi is looking for a reliable Evening Delivery Driver to transport food and supplies from our central prep kitchen to our restaurant locations in our refrigerated van.

This position is responsible for ensuring each restaurant receives the correct products, in the correct quantities, and in excellent condition. Attention to detail and reliability are just as important as safe driving.

Approximate Schedule: 7:00 PM–11:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Pick up restaurant supplies from Tancho's prep kitchen
• Review each order sheet and verify that all products and quantities are correct before leaving
• Safely and properly load products into the delivery vehicle
• Deliver orders to each Tancho restaurant location
• Unload and organize deliveries at each location
• Review the delivery with the restaurant manager and obtain confirmation that all products were received
• Communicate any missing, damaged, or incorrect products immediately
• Collect delivery equipment, racks, shelves, containers, and other returnable items from each restaurant
• Return the vehicle and all delivery equipment to the prep facility
• Clean and properly store delivery equipment at the end of the route
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
• Follow all food-handling, safety, and transportation procedures

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to accurately follow order sheets and delivery procedures
• Organized and able to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable loading, unloading, and moving food products and restaurant supplies
• Able to safely lift and move delivery containers, racks, and supplies
• Available to work approximately 7:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Restaurant, food delivery, warehouse, or distribution experience is a plus, but not required

What Success Looks Like

Every order leaves the prep kitchen complete, arrives at the correct restaurant safely and on time, is verified by the receiving manager, and all reusable delivery equipment is returned clean and ready for the next day.
