Your Role and Responsibilities

Taligens provides a variety of solutions to clients and our consulting team works on projects specifically designed to address our clients’ needs as they move through sizable changes and transformation. Along with delivering value to our clients, we also look to reach organizational leaders with valuable insights to help them through their organizational transformations. As a result, the specific work and assignments vary by the client work you support. Below is a list of the types of work you would do as a Junior Marketing and Coordination Consultant:

·      Represent Taligens professionally in both client and team situations

·      Assist Senior Consultants with meeting coordination, workshops, events, and daily office and administrative needs

·      Update and maintain company policies and procedures

·      Learn and discuss the client’s business in their terms

·      Conduct research, gather, organize, and analyze data

·      Design and implement a marketing plan to increase the visibility of the Taligens brand in the marketplace

·      Write and design documents and materials: communications, client presentations, plans, social media posts, white papers, etc.

·      Run or support workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews

·      Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality to promote client satisfaction

·      Demonstrate respect for and responsiveness to our clients and colleagues

·      Independently manage assigned responsibilities

·      Work in agile and collaborative environments

·      Strong handle of technology including working knowledge of Microsoft products

·      Familiarity with professional social media platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram

·      Ability to create professional-looking pages in PowerPoint and basic web user interfaces preferred.

·      Ability to work on multiple responsibilities concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands

·      Demonstrate leadership and strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively in an intense team environment, able to build direct working relationships across all levels of client teams

·      Ability to adapt, with willingness to learn and readily take ownership of challenges and emerging commitments, which often extend beyond initial scope of responsibility

·      Previous internship or co-op work experience in corporate setting with demonstrated track record preferred


Position is a part-time contractor role, with the possibility of moving into a contract-to-hire consulting role.
