Talent Source is seeking a Recruiter with experience in skilled trades staffing. Join our fast-paced team supporting hiring for shipyards, construction, and industrial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview skilled trades candidates
• Manage job postings and applicant flow
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and pre-employment requirements
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future needs
• Support outreach efforts such as hiring events and job fairs

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in the skilled trades or industrial sectors
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Must have great attention to detail
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Experience with ATS and digital onboarding tools preferred
• Remote experience preferred
