Talent Source is hiring a Business Development Manager with staffing sales experience to drive new business and expand client relationships nationwide.
This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in staffing or recruiting agency sales who thrives in a hunter environment and wants uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and outreach
- Build and manage client relationships across multiple industries
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → closing → account growth
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver qualified candidates
- Maintain consistent pipeline activity and meet revenue goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or recruiting agency sales experience (required)
- Proven track record of business development and closing deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
