TECH SUPPORT SPECIALIST – ON-SITE | SHREVEPORT

Are you skilled in PC hardware, operating systems, and virtualization? We're looking for a Tech Support Specialist to join one of our clients in a hands-on, on-site role in Shreveport. If you enjoy building, configuring, and maintaining physical and virtual systems, this could be the perfect fit!

What You’ll Do:

• Build & configure physical PCs for optimal performance
• Deploy & manage virtual machines (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM)
• Diagnose & resolve hardware and software issues
• Perform system updates, patches & maintenance
• Document configurations & troubleshooting steps

What You Bring:

• Strong knowledge of PC assembly & OS deployment
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM)
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware & software issues efficiently
• Excellent documentation & organizational skills
• At least 6 months of hands-on IT experience
