Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Junior Software Engineer with expertise in full-stack development to join our client on a 6-month contract-to-hire basis. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular, with knowledge of Blazor being a bonus. Your main responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, as well as collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop scalable web applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular.

- Gather requirements from product managers and stakeholders, and translate them into technical specifications.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes to maintain system reliability.

- Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to adhere to best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for optimal performance.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development practices.


Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of professional experience in software development.

- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular.

- Experience with full-stack development.

- Familiarity with Blazor is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


The successful candidate will be contracted through Talent Scout for the initial 6 months and then converted to a full-time employee of our client. Client details and benefits will be shared once the candidate has been screened and qualified by Talent Scout.


This is a full-time position that requires candidates to be onsite in the Shreveport, LA area.
