This is a long-term contract opportunity with our client, located on-site in St. Louis, MO. As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee EPC, Construction Management, and Program Management projects from pre-construction through completion.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance
- Manage contracts, subcontractors, and procurement from negotiation through execution
- Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, staffing, and cost controls
- Handle risk assessment, change management, and compliance reviews
- Coordinate with engineering, field staff, and clients to maintain project success
- Ensure proper permitting, documentation turnover, and project closeout
Key Qualifications:
- 7+ years of construction project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Experience with Water, Transmission, or Distribution projects preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Knowledge of permitting, compliance, and construction safety regulations
