We are looking for a skilled Onboarding Lead/IT Project Manager to oversee the smooth transition of IT services from current providers or internal teams to our managed solutions. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients have a seamless onboarding experience, reducing disruptions and aligning with industry standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Transition Initiatives: Manage the onboarding process for new clients from initial engagement to successful integration into our infrastructure and services.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and timelines.
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans outlining necessary steps for a successful transition, including resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Incorporate industry best practices for IT project management, such as detailed planning, structured communication, and risk management.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project stability and continuity.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all aspects of the transition meet our high standards for quality and performance.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and client feedback, to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to a team of IT professionals, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a focus on service transition or onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and managed services.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
