Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Client Engagement Intern to join our sales team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and client relationship management within the IT services industry. As a Client Engagement Intern, you will support our sales efforts by assisting with client outreach, relationship building, and sales process coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and market segments.
  • Support the sales team in developing and executing client engagement strategies.
  • Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and social media.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and presentations for the sales team.
  • Help prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with our services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on improving sales processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Tailwind IT's service offerings.


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales and client relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Prior internship or work experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
