Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive; manage waitlists and seating charts with efficiency and care.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide accurate information about the dining experience.
• Coordinate with the front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest flow and minimize wait times.
• Assist with setup, cleanliness, and maintenance of the host stand and front-of-house areas.
• Communicate clearly with guests regarding seating times, menus, and service expectations.
• Uphold all customer service protocols and help resolve any guest concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.
• Represent Tag Team Services with professionalism, respect, and a can-do attitude at all times.

Required Skills and Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in a host/hostess, receptionist, or customer-facing role preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with reservation software or seating systems is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Ability to lift and carry light items (up to 25 pounds).
• Requires frequent movement, reaching, and handling of seating tools or menus.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic restaurant or catering environment with varying noise levels.
