Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary requirements, ensuring quality, presentation, and timeliness.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to plan menus, order supplies, and coordinate food prep.
• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing food supplies appropriately.
• Follow all sanitation and food safety guidelines, including proper storage, labeling, and hygiene practices.
• Adapt to various work environments and client needs, including catering, on-site facilities, and mobile food service.
• Report equipment issues, inventory shortages, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
• Uphold Tag Team Services’ commitment to excellence, professionalism, and client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen or food service setting.
• Demonstrated ability to follow recipes, portion control standards, and safety protocols.
• Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and professional conduct.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; must work effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Requires frequent bending, reaching, and manual dexterity to operate kitchen equipment.
• Comfortable working in hot or humid conditions, with exposure to kitchen noise and cleaning chemicals.
