The Marketing Coordinator supports the TAG Corporate team by driving organizational efficiency, streamlining communication, and ensuring consistent execution across multiple brands, partners, and internal teams. This role combines executive support, project coordination, marketing operations, and client communication—enabling leadership to focus on high-impact strategic initiatives.

Description

Executive & Communication Support

  • Manage and prioritize communications for leadership, including drafting responses and maintaining visibility into key tasks
  • Support communication and coordination across internal teams, vendors, and partners

Meeting & Coordination Support

  • Attend meetings, capture notes, and track action items to ensure follow-through
  • Assist with agendas, recaps, and general alignment across stakeholders

Project & Workflow Coordination

  • Support timelines, deliverables, and project tracking across multiple workstreams
  • Maintain trackers, dashboards, and status updates while coordinating with internal teams and external partners

Marketing & Content Execution

  • Assist in executing campaigns across email, social, and related channels, including formatting, QA, and scheduling
  • Support content calendars and overall campaign workflow coordination

AI & Process Enablement

  • Use internal tools and AI platforms to support content creation and workflow efficiency
  • Assist in executing structured processes for campaign and content development

Reporting & Analytics Support

  • Gather, organize, and support reporting on performance data across marketing channels

Client & Account Support

  • Support client, vendor, and partner communication, including scheduling and follow-ups
  • Help maintain consistency and quality across accounts and ongoing initiatives


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex strategies clearly
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset and attention to detail
