Description

Your primary responsibilities will include:


Campaign Execution


  • Build, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and programmatic DSPs.
  • Implement campaign structures, audience targeting, tracking parameters, and creative rotations based on media plans developed by senior strategists.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and budget delivery to ensure media plans execute as intended.


Performance Monitoring & Optimization


  • Track campaign performance across key metrics.
  • Identify optimization opportunities including bid adjustments, audience refinements, and creative testing.
  • Support testing and experimentation across messaging, targeting, and creative formats.


Reporting & Data Analysis


  • Compile campaign performance data and contribute to regular reporting for internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain campaign data integrity across dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
  • Assist with campaign pacing analysis and performance reviews.


Ad Operations & Technical Implementation


  • Support implementation of conversion tracking, pixels, UTMs, and tagging.
  • Assist with troubleshooting campaign delivery issues across platforms.
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation and platform configurations.


Collaboration


  • Work closely with media strategists, account managers, and creative teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and perform effectively.
  • Contribute insights during campaign reviews and internal strategy discussions.


Qualifications


  • 1-4 years of experience in digital media buying or advertising operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, programmatic platforms or DSPs is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, tag management, and conversion tracking preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced political or advocacy campaign environment.
