Description

TAG is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing digital team. Account Managers oversee and drive the execution of digital fundraising and marketing strategies for multiple political campaigns and organizations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication, guiding strategy, and ensuring deliverables are executed at the highest level.

The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, a keen understanding of digital engagement, and experience leading teams to deliver measurable results. This is a client-facing role requiring confidence, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of digital fundraising and marketing strategies for political clients
  • Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
  • Collaborate across departments to coordinate creative, copy, and data efforts that drive fundraising performance
  • Analyze results and provide actionable insights through reporting, client calls, and presentations
  • Mentor and oversee Account Coordinators, providing guidance and feedback to support their growth
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and expansion across client programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, fundraising, or political communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex strategies clearly
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work flexible hours during the political cycle
