At t2 Design Build, we pair custom architectural design directly with quality field construction. As an architect-led firm, our Principal Architect works actively on-site, bringing unique residential designs to life. Operating across select markets in Northern and Northwest Indiana, our aim is to keep our team consistently busy with quality builds, offering direct mentorship and solid custom work to execute.

We are adding a new member to our team and seeking an experienced, reliable carpenter capable of executing high-end remodels and custom new construction.

Candidate Fit

We are looking for a dedicated carpenter eager to refine their craft on high-level custom projects. We serve select project sites across Northern and Northwest Indiana; candidates should have dependable transportation and be comfortable traveling to custom job sites throughout the region.

Compensation

Starting pay is $21.00–$24.00/hr based on initial experience, with performance-based raises up to $27.00/hr following a 30-day evaluation.
