The Role As a Meat Department Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the meat department. Your focus will be on maintaining product quality, ensuring cleanliness, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

What You'll Do

- Assist in the preparation and presentation of meat products to ensure freshness and quality.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat department, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

- Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service, answering questions and assisting with product selection.

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking products as needed.

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred.

- Knowledge of meat products and safe handling practices is a plus.

- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice to Have

- Certification in food safety or handling is beneficial.
