The Role As a Host / Server at T Market LLC, you play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our guests. You will be the first point of contact, setting the tone for their dining experience while managing the flow of the restaurant. What You'll Do

- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements to ensure a smooth dining experience.

- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

- Process payments and manage cash handling with accuracy.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests effectively.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Nice to Have

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

- A passion for food and hospitality.
