The Role
As a Cashier at T Market LLC, you will be responsible for managing transactions and providing exceptional service to our customers. You will ensure that each customer has a positive shopping experience while accurately processing their purchases.
What You'll Do
- Process customer transactions quickly and accurately.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation.
- Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling and security.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a retail environment.
- Bilingual (Mandarin Chinese) skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of basic math and cash handling procedures.
Salary
$15 - $22 per hour
