The Role

As a Bakery Associate at T Market LLC, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of a variety of baked goods. You will work closely with the bakery team to ensure that all products meet our quality standards and are ready for our customers.

What You'll Do

- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, adhering to food safety standards.

- Assist customers by providing information about bakery products and taking special orders.

- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance baking skills and knowledge.

- Support the team in achieving sales goals and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices.

- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
