T&A Covenant Solutions is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead construction, renovation, maintenance, and facilities-related projects from planning through closeout. You will bring structure to complex work - aligning clients, field teams, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, safety, and quality so every project moves forward with clarity. This role is ideal for a resourceful construction professional who can see the big picture, manage the details, and communicate confidently with clients, community association boards, architects, engineers, vendors, and internal teams. Your leadership will help protect property value, improve the communities and facilities we serve, and turn project plans into safe, high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain project scope, work plans, schedules, milestones, cost estimates, budgets, and resource plans.

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field personnel, architects, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.

• Monitor progress against schedule and budget; identify risks early and drive corrective action.

• Review drawings, specifications, blueprints, proposals, contracts, change orders, and project documentation for completeness and accuracy.

• Manage procurement, vendor performance, contract requirements, cost tracking, forecasting, and invoice review.

• Conduct jobsite visits and inspections to confirm workmanship, safety, code compliance, environmental requirements, and quality standards.

• Lead project meetings, document decisions and action items, and deliver clear status reports to leadership and clients.

• Resolve field issues, scope conflicts, schedule constraints, and stakeholder concerns with urgency and sound judgment.

• Maintain organized project records, including schedules, submittals, RFIs, daily reports, meeting notes, photos, punch lists, and closeout documents.

• Support continuous improvement by strengthening project controls, templates, vendor processes, and documentation of lessons learned.

• Perform other related duties as assigned to support company and client objectives.


Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction, facilities, property services, civil infrastructure, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated success managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, documentation, and multiple stakeholders.

• Working knowledge of construction methods, jobsite safety, quality control, building codes, and regulatory compliance.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, plans, scopes of work, specifications, and contracts.

• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, problem-solving, negotiation, and time-management skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to project sites throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area as needed.

• Ability to work on-site and in active construction environments, including walking jobsites and using appropriate personal protective equipment.

• Authorization to work in the United States and willingness to complete a background check in accordance with applicable law.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, facilities management, or a related discipline; equivalent experience considered.

• Experience with commercial, multifamily, community association, facilities maintenance, renovation, civil, or heavy-civil projects.

• Experience with one or more industry tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, or comparable platforms.

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), OSHA, LEED, or related certification.

• Experience supporting homeowner associations, condominium associations, cooperatives, commercial facilities, or public-sector clients.

• Accurate, timely project reporting and disciplined control of scope, risk, cost, and change.

• Strong client satisfaction, responsive communication, productive vendor and team relationships.

• Complete documentation and smooth project turnover and closeout.

• Assist with increased profitability.


Schedule & Work Expectations:

• General office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

• The position is based in Laurel, Maryland 20707, with regular travel to project sites.

• Occasionally early mornings, evenings, weekends, or additional hours may be required to meet project deadlines or respond to field conditions.

An employee who is working 30 hours or more may enroll in our insurance plan(s) which are medical, vision, and dental. We also offer a retirement savings plan (e.g., an individual IRA account). Any employee may enroll once they are working 30 hours or more. However, only after one (1) year with our firm will we pay 25% of the insurance, then after 2 or more years we pay 50% of it. An employee would begin to accrue paid holidays if they are full-time (30 hours or more) however paid sick and vacation will only accrue after one (1) full year of employment.
