About Us
Syracuse Sweat Club is a coaching-driven training facility built on professionalism, positive culture, and real results. Since 2012, we’ve helped thousands of adults get stronger, leaner, and more confident through expert coaching and high-quality programming. We're home to two group training programs (CrossFit Syracuse and CAMP), and we also have a dedicated personal training space.
Our personal training studio is focused on functional training and free weights, with select key machines to support client needs.
The Role
As a personal trainer, you'll work 1-on-1 (or small group) with clients to help them set goals, achive goals, and stay consistent.
There may also be opportunities to coach group classes (CAMP / CrossFit) for those interested.

Qualifications
- Personal training certification (or in progress)
- CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain)
- Experience preferred, not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Personal training: 50% split of revenue generated (60 min session rates range from $80 - $125/hour, based on experience/credentials)
- Group class coaching: $30 - $35/hour
- Complimentary Syracuse Sweat Club membership ($175/month value)
