Job Overview:

As a Pricing Analyst at Synthica Energy, you will play a crucial role in refining market pricing and collecting pricing data to support our business development efforts. Working closely with our Chief Development Officer, you will help drive the success of our anaerobic digestion feedstock initiatives. This is a full-time position located in Blue Ash, OH.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Chief Development Officer to develop and implement pricing strategies that align with market trends and business goals

- Collect and analyze pricing data from various sources, including market research reports, competitor analysis, and customer feedback

- Conduct regular pricing audits to ensure accuracy and competitiveness of our pricing models

- Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify potential pricing opportunities and risks

- Work closely with the Business Development Team to provide pricing insights and support in customer negotiations

- Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to streamline pricing processes and improve efficiency

- Prepare and present pricing reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field

- Proven experience as a Pricing Analyst or in a similar analytical role

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data

- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau

- Knowledge of pricing strategies and methodologies

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with the energy or renewable energy industry is a plus
