Synthica Energy is hiring a Demand Generation Specialist who will be responsible for outreach to organic feedstock producers with a desire to convert their wastes into renewable fuels.

Job Overview:

As a Demand Generation Specialist at Synthica Energy, you will play a crucial role in our mission to transform organic waste into sustainable and clean energy solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to organic feedstock producers and generate demand for their waste materials to be converted into renewable fuels. This is a full-time position located in Blue Ash, OH, or Remote.


Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and identify potential organic feedstock producers who can supply waste materials for renewable fuel production.

- Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to engage with organic feedstock producers, educate them about the benefits of converting their waste into renewable fuels, and generate interest in partnering with Synthica Energy.

- Maintain a database of contacts and track communication activities to ensure timely follow-up and nurturing of leads.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content, including email campaigns, social media posts, and website materials, to support demand generation efforts.

- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies related to organic waste management and renewable energy production.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in demand generation, lead generation, or sales roles, preferably within the renewable energy or waste management industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.

- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices is a plus.
