Position: Sales Case Manager
Location: Synergy Integrated Health (Escondido)
Type: Full-Time, M-Th 9:00am - 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations to gather patient information and assess their suitability for our program
- Assist our Manual Therapist in conducting the examination, including tests and x-rays
- Review the Doctor’s recommendations for care with patients and address any concerns or objections they may have
- Motivate and encourage patients to take action and participate in the program. Provide guidance and support in onboarding patients with equipment, supplements, and dietary changes
- Perform post-program follow-up and maintenance care to build long-term value with patients
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 of which being in medium/high ticket sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience at a call center preferred
- Ability to inspire and motivate people to take action Ability to handle objections and work under pressure
- Conviction and drive to see people achieve their goals
- Comfortable discussing finances with patients and finding solutions to financial and monetary issues
- Excellent attention to detail
