We’re looking for a highly organized, dependable individual who can communicate clearly, manage multiple moving priorities, and help keep our service operation running efficiently.



What You’ll Do


  • Schedule service calls, PM services, and technician workflow
  • Answer and manage inbound customer communication
  • Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, job status, estimates, and approvals
  • Create estimates and follow up on pending work
  • Prepare invoices and work orders for final review
  • Look up, order, receive, and organize parts
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
  • Add parts and job information to work orders and invoices
  • Help maintain inventory organization and operational flow
  • Manage emails and customer communication professionally
  • Support technicians by helping keep jobs organized and moving efficiently
  • Help improve operational efficiency, workflow, and customer communication
  • Assist with building scalable systems and processes as the company grows


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational and communication skills required
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable and self-motivated
  • Professional communication skills with customers and team members
  • Comfortable using computers, software systems, phones, and email daily
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to problem solve and take ownership of responsibilities
  • Experience in trucking, fleet service, automotive, construction, dispatching, service advising, or field service operations is preferred
  • Experience with invoicing, scheduling, estimates, parts coordination, or service management is a plus
  • Truck knowledge is helpful but not required for the right candidate
