We’re looking for a skilled technician who can work independently, communicate clearly, solve problems, and take pride in doing the job right.

What You’ll Do

• Perform on site maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on medium and heavy duty trucks and fleet equipment

• Complete PM services and inspections thoroughly and accurately

• Identify defects and document findings clearly

• Submit accurate parts requests when needed

• Take photos of failed items and recommended repairs

• Complete technician stories, inspections, and digital procedures in full

• Perform basic welding and fabrication repairs as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, professional service truck

• Represent Synergy professionally with customers

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years' Experience on medium and heavy-duty trucks required
• Strong diagnostic ability preferred
• Must provide and maintain a basic set of hand tools required to perform assigned repairs and complete daily job tasks.
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Professional communication skills
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL is a plus)
• Comfortable using a phone or tablet for work orders, inspections, and communication
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
