OVERVIEW
As a Senior Copy & Content Writer, you’ll take the lead in developing high-quality copy across a variety of mediums, including websites, ad campaigns, social media, and blog content, with the potential to expand to a variety of other content types (examples: infographics, video scripts) as our content work expands. You will work closely with designers, strategists, and data analysts to ensure messaging delivers against client objectives, driving high-performance outcomes for our clients.
We’re looking for someone who brings creativity and innovation to their writing, pushing the boundaries beyond typical B2B content while still grounded in the business needs of our clients.

CORE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Development & Copywriting
- Write engaging, persuasive copy for websites, landing pages, digital ads, email campaigns, and social media.
- Develop long-form content such as blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Craft compelling scripts for video, infographics, and other multimedia content as needed.
Messaging & Brand Voice Execution
- Adapt tone, style, and messaging to fit different brands, industries, and audiences.
- Ensure consistency in voice and messaging across all written materials.
- Develop key messaging frameworks and refine positioning as needed.
Campaign and Digital Experience Writing
- Partner with SEO specialists to ensure writing doesn’t (finish)
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and marketing teams to create cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and content planning discussions.
- Write clear, conversion-driven copy for marketing funnels and user experiences.
Editing, Optimization & Quality Control
- Review and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.
- Edit content other department members created for grammar, structure, and storytelling effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
- Work alongside strategists, designers, developers, and marketing teams to craft content that will deliver results for our clients.
- Communicate content deliverables effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Through the day-to-day work, mentor more junior members of the team.
- As required, participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations to understand client needs and articulate the value of your content choices.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 5+ years of professional writing experience in an agency or in-house marketing setting.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of work, from website copy and ad campaigns to blog content and brand storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to engage a technical audience through the written word.
- Demonstrated ability to sell through copy and content.
- Strong ability to craft clear, compelling, and conversion-driven messaging.
- Deep experience tailoring voice and tone for different brands and audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills when communicating with team members and with clients.
- Ability to grasp the nuances and technical aspects of a client’s business, then translate those into compelling and clear language for their audience(s).
- Experience regularly context-switching between different clients.
Preferred
- Agency experience.
- Experience with video scripts, infographics, or any form of interactive content.
- SEO knowledge and experience optimizing content for search.
- Familiarity with UX writing and microcopy for digital experiences.
