Synaccess is scaling its national channel footprint, and we’re looking for a high-impact National Account Manager to own and expand our most strategic partner relationships across the country
Synaccess is scaling its national channel footprint, and we’re looking for a high-impact National Account Manager to own and expand our most strategic partner relationships across the country. This is not a passive account-management seat — it’s a revenue-driving, channel-building, relationship-deepening role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and knows how to make things happen through the channel.
You’ll own a national portfolio of VAR, MSP, and distributor partners, drive year-over-year revenue growth, and open net-new whitespace — all while acting as the trusted point of connection between our partners and Synaccess’s marketing, product, and engineering teams. If you’re a builder who leads with urgency and believes the channel wins when relationships are real, we want to talk to you.
• Own the portfolio — Manage a national book of VAR, MSP, and distributor partners; drive revenue growth and expand wallet share within existing accounts.
• Expand the map — Identify whitespace opportunities and recruit net-new partners who extend Synaccess’s national reach, with clear territory strategies and growth milestones.
• Go deep — Build trusted relationships with partner principals, sales reps, and technical teams — becoming their go-to resource for Synaccess solutions.
• Onboard for speed — Lead structured onboarding of new partners — training, portal access, and program enablement — to accelerate time-to-revenue.
• Drive PRM utilization — Champion adoption of the Partner Relationship Management platform across your portfolio; ensure partners are registered, active, and leveraging deal registration and MDF.
• Arm them to win — Equip partners with competitive positioning tools and talk tracks that close deals against the field.
• Forecast with discipline — Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline in CRM; deliver reliable weekly and monthly forecasts and flag risks early.
• Work the data — Use pipeline reports, MDF tracking, and ROI analysis to prioritize effort and surface actionable insight.
• Bring the right resources — Partner closely with marketing, product, and engineering to deliver the right support to partners at the right time.
• Be the voice of the field — Translate customer and partner feedback into actionable insight for internal teams; stay sharp on the competitive landscape.
• Year-over-year partner revenue growth
• New partner acquisition against target
• PRM login and activity rates across the portfolio
• Deal registration volume and close rate
• Forecast accuracy (within ±10% quarterly)
• 5+ years in channel sales, VAR/MSP management, or national account roles
• A proven track record of growing partner revenue and exceeding quota in a channel-first environment
• Deep understanding of two-tier distribution models
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow channel programs from the ground up
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and PRM tools
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence
• Willingness to travel 20–30% as needed
• Background in network infrastructure, power management, or adjacent technology
• Experience with structured partner tiering programs
• Comfort with data and analytical thinking — pipeline reports, MDF tracking, ROI analysis
• On-target earnings of $160,000–$180,000 (competitive base plus uncapped commission)
• Comprehensive health and dental insurance
• 401(k) with company match
• Flexible PTO policy
• Remote-first work environment (Chicago metro preferred)
• The opportunity to shape national channel strategy at a growing, innovation-driven company
