We're seeking motivated and driven Outside Sales Representatives to expand our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and fostering genuine relationships with potential and existing clients - becoming a true ambassador for Symmetry Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have deep connections within the surf industry and a knack for direct sales, territory management, and community engagement.

Description
This is a 100% commission-based role with an expected pay range of $50,000-$70,000/year, based on managing 10-12 moderate-sized accounts with consistent orders.
What You'll Do:
- Forge and nurture lasting relationships with new and existing clients within your assigned territory. You're not just selling; you're building a community.
- Be our eyes and ears on the ground: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and truly understand what our customers need and love.
- Present and demonstrate the Symmetry ethos and our products, showcasing how we bend genres within the surf apparel space.
- Own the entire sales journey, from prospecting fresh leads to closing deals, ensuring every client experience is smooth and easy.
- Keep us in the loop with regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights, helping us stay sharp and strategic.
