Position Objective:

Design and develop cloud services and communication tools for revolutionary millimeter wave security systems. The system will detect weapons and other objects of interest using machine learning. Your supporting applications will ensure reliable low latency secure communication for services from OTA updates to P2P communication.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing QT GUI for mobile, tablet, and desktop
• Setting up a listener to hand ONVIF communication requests
• Fleet management of edge devices and OTA updates
• User Authentication
• Securing RTSP streams, email and text/SMS alerts, and API calls
• Setting up telemetric and health monitoring
• Unit and integration testing
• Documentation
• Designing and implementing software from Architecture Specifications
• Analyzing and providing input to requirements
• Defining application objectives and functionality

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in:
• Programming in broad spectrum of languages
• Ubuntu Linux
• Cloud experience: Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure
• User interface design (UI/UX) and development
• Building APIs and integrations with third-party APIs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Ideal Experience:

·      Front end development with the QT framework

·      Experience with RTSP, HTTP, UDP, and TCP

·      Cybersecurity

·      User authentication
