SWTHZ is a contrast therapy studio, specializing in the deliberate exposure to heat and cold. Clients enjoy up to 60 minutes in a private contrast therapy suite with infrared sauna, vitamin-c shower, and cold plunge.

SWTHZ Contrast Therapy Studio is hiring a dependable, high-energy cleaner for our busy weekend schedule.

This is not a slow or casual cleaning job. It is fast-paced, physical, and busy.

Two private sauna + cold plunge suites exit every 15 minutes, and rooms must be fully cleaned and reset in about 7 minutes — back-to-back during peak times. If you like staying active and moving with purpose, you’ll enjoy this role.

Availability Requirements: Minimum 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month

• Saturday 11:30am to 5:30pm
• Sunday 11:30am to 5:30pm

What the job involves:

• Cleaning and sanitizing sauna, cold plunge, and shower areas after each session
• Managing laundry all shift (wash, dry, fold, restock)
• Keeping lobby, hallways, beauty bar, and restroom spotless
• Restocking supplies
• Staying proactive during downtime

You will be on your feet the entire shift. The role requires squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. You must be comfortable working quickly and efficiently.

Our sales team helps when possible, but this role requires someone who is self-starting and takes pride in high standards.
