What You’ll Do

We are looking for a Supply Runner to join our Atlanta operations team. This hourly role is part-time (20-25 hours per week) and after hours (Tuesdays: 6pm-3am + Wednesday & Thursdays: 7pm-3am). The position supports our operations team by delivering supplies to all of our Atlanta clubs and assisting with inventory/warehouse organization. This person will be based out of our warehouse in Cabbagetown and will spend their time making supply runs to our 12 (and growing!) Atlanta clubs.

This role reports to our Facility Operations Associate.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, supply delivery, or other related role.
• A keen sense of organization and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and close attention to detail.
• Ability to execute based on established guidelines and processes while also embracing changes that occur within a growing organization.
• Comfortability with driving a large van around Atlanta (no special license required).

Responsibilities

• Delivering supplies from our warehouse to restock all Atlanta clubs
• Prepping, loading, and unloading supplies into and out of fleet vehicles and clubs
• Completing very basic repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks in the clubs as assigned
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace - including the warehouse and fleet vehicles
• Documenting inventory alerts, safety and maintenance concerns, and other observations
• Upholding our standards of care, communication, cleanliness, and consistency in the clubs
• Demonstrating reliability, trust, and autonomy

Requirements

• A valid Georgia driver’s license.
• A squeaky clean driving record (no points or DUI’s).
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
• Availability to work late night hours 3 nights per week (Tuesday-Thursday).
