The Clubkeep Lead gives a damn about our spaces, our member experience, and what goes on behind the scenes.
๐ 2359 N Milwaukee Ave
๐ Opening June 15th! ๐
Switchyards is the worldโs first neighborhood work club. We're creating places to do our best thinking and most productive work. Near home. Around friends and neighbors. Always open โ 24/7.
Founded in Atlanta and venture-funded, weโve created a new consumer category for the future of work. With plans to open work clubs across the country, we are becoming one of the iconic brands of our generation.
Clubkeep Leads are, first and foremost, Clubkeeps. They're our operational boots on the ground who assist with on-site operational needs, in addition to a standard Clubkeep workload.
Clubkeep Leads are dialed in on ensuring our clubs are overflowing with coffee, our spaces clean and tidy, and that everything happening behind the scenes is tight and efficient. They're our secret weapon โ ensuring that every member's visit feels welcoming, consistent, and juuuust right.
As a Clubkeep Lead, youโll maintain our high standards of service and attention to detail while supporting management with operational tasks. Our Clubkeep Leads give a damn about their neighborhood work club and the members who make it special!
