Serves as point of contact for prospective candidates and clients
Respond to routine customer inquiries and ensure timely responses
Maintain database of customer contacts
Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportion, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
Develops and presents move plan to customer and negotiates changes in scope and price.
Design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products
Create and develop online marketing strategies, webpage development, creating client and prospective client database
Identify and manage training and development needs for employees/Customers

Requirements
1-2 years sales, marketing, or call center experience
Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills
High proficiency in written and spoken English
Well-developed administration and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Proficiency using basic Microsoft Office 365 applications
