Company Overview:

The SwemSchool is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to the CEO. The SwemSchool provides the life-saving skill of swimming to youth and adults in metro Atlanta and rural communities in Georgia.


Position Summary:

As the Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to the CEO, you will be the first point of contact for our company and provide crucial administrative support to the CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them appropriately.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the office is organized and presentable.
  • Assist in special projects and events as required by the CEO or other team members.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Must have reliable transportation for commuting to and from the office.
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
