Sweet Bee Community-Based Doulas are certified, Medicaid-credentialed professionals who have completed the Sweet Bee Doula Training and Mentorship Program. They provide full-spectrum doula care—including prenatal, labor, and postpartum support—to families enrolled in Medicaid, ensuring every client receives compassionate, consistent, and culturally responsive care.

Community-Based Doulas are trusted members of the Sweet Bee team who uphold our standards of trauma-informed, evidence-based, and equitable maternal care. They work closely with clients in their communities to improve birth outcomes, strengthen family well-being, and promote health equity across Maryland.

This role is ideal for doulas who are certified, Medicaid-enrolled, and dedicated to advancing reproductive justice and serving families with excellence and empathy.
