Position: Fitness Coach

Are you passionate about fitness? Do you thrive in a dynamic and high-energy environment? SWEAT440 Austin is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as coaches who thrive as fitness coaches and can also sell their way through any situation! This is a front-facing role that will require part-time hours during our busiest times, with hourly pay and the added incentive of making up to 20% commission on completed sales each month.

• Base Hourly $18-20 hour depending on Experience
• UNLIMITED 20% commission on your Direct Sales + Earn a part of the Sales Pool even if you aren't selling directly!

Requirements:

• Sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Fitness coaching or industry knowledge is a plus. (Current certification preferred or be in the process of getting certified)
• Outgoing Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
