Key Responsibilities

• Product Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features.
• User Research: Analyze industrial workflows to build simple, effective interfaces.
• Design System: Maintain and scale our UI design system.
• Testing: Conduct validation tests using clickable prototypes.
• Collaboration: Work with product and engineering team members to ensure design feasibility.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of B2B enterprise software or data tool design.
• Portfolio: Strong examples of data visualization and complex user workflows.
• Tools: Expert-level Figma skills (variables, components, prototyping).
• AI Context: Experience designing for AI-native interfaces is highly valued.
• Work Style: Empathetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a remote environment.

Compensation

The salary below is the base salary range for this position. The actual base salary determination will be made based on candidate's experience, location, and other relevant factors. In addition to base salary, the candidate may also be eligible for performance bonuses and equity.
