Swanton Video Media, Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Clerk. As a Retail Clerk, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized retail space

- Stock shelves and merchandise products

- Assist with inventory management

- Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior retail experience preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
