**Salary Range: $27 to $28 per hour**
**Job Overview:**
Swanton Video Media, Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to our clients through online chat platforms, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
**Responsibilities:**
- Engage with customers in real-time via chat to provide assistance and support
- Answer customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product/service information
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and efficient service
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in typing and navigating online chat platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent
