Job Description


Position: Territory Sales Representative - Northern Florida & Gulf Coast

Type: Full-time, generally traditional work hours but flexible & accommodating.

Location: Must reside in or be willing to move to Northern Florida. (Orlando or North) 


Ideal candidate: A self starting, creative communicator, with a tenacious focus on winning and building long lasting relationships. Has a keen understanding of a sales pipeline/process and desire to be a leader in outperforming growth within a Hyper Growth business. Understands start-up culture and is proactive executing sales initiatives without being micromanaged.  Displays strong desire to open new partnerships, adapt to an evolving brand/product line, and travel across region to affect business in person.  Has prior golf sales experience and an understanding of the golf industry and its sales timelines. Shows the ability to manage and balance servicing existing accounts while prospecting and opening new business. 


Roles / Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Outside Sales Professional for the Territory of North Florida (Orlando, Jacksonville, panhandle)
  • Support and grow account base and sell through at green grass and independent retail shops across the territory – strengthening relationships with existing accounts and successfully opening new partnerships in a target rich environment
  • Scheduling and executing prebook line reviews, mainly in person, with accounts and prospective accounts
  • Routine check in visits to capitalize on at once opportunities with products that are outperforming through keen understanding of sell through analysis, and margin reviews
  • Administrative work that comes with the territory including but not limited to order entry, order management,  and executing on the brand servicing expectations
  • Communicate on time and proactively with your accounts and with the Swannies internal team
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time within respective territory 

Experience Nice to Haves:

  • Current familiarity with the Swannies brand & brand voice
  • Relationships in the golf market regionally
  • Previous experience in a golf sales role
  • Previous experience working in golf


Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Primarily commission based plus potential bonus and travel reimbursement 

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year, no cap.

Education: Bachelor's preferred
