Position: Strategic Accounts Support Associate

Reports to: Strategic Accounts Manager

Type: Full-time, generally traditional work hours but flexible & accommodating.

Location: Remote

Ideal candidate: The Strategic Accounts Support Associate plays a critical role in driving the growth, success, and operational excellence of Swannies’ most important retail partnerships. This highly cross-functional role requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and relationship management to support consistent revenue performance, retailer compliance, and a raving-fans customer experience.

Serving as a point of contact for Strategic Accounts partners, this role supports the Strategic Accounts Manager with full lifecycle account management. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution and enjoys owning the details that drive big-picture results.

Roles / Responsibilities:

Strategic Accounts Channel

  • Organize and manage new product launches and retail partner onboarding
  • Coordinate internal execution of drop ship programs
  • Maintain accurate account and order data across systems
  • Monitor and update Available-to-Promise (ATP) reports and Strategic Account dashboards
  • Manage EDI transactions and coordinate with operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Manage account-specific compliance materials
  • Monitor chargebacks and allowances in partnership with Operations and AR, proactively working toward reduction and improvement
  • Own all product attribute submissions and imagery requests required for retailer product setup

Off-Price Channel

  • Manage Off-Price partner relationships and end-to-end order execution
  • Lead the creation of offer sheets, pricing proposals, and margin analysis
  • Execute order entry, invoicing, and track accounts receivable/payable related to Off-Price orders
  • Analyze Off-Price inventory and performance reports to make data-driven decisions related to:
  • Product categories and lifecycle stages
  • Unit volumes and cost structures
  • Margin requirements and profitability
  • Inventory availability across Swannies’ other sales channels

Experience Nice to Haves:

  • Current familiarity with the Swannies brand & brand voice
  • Experience with EDI, Apparel Magic, and retailer compliance processes preferred
  • Previous experience working in golf

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 

Education: Bachelor's preferred
