THE ROLE

Swannies Golf Apparel is launching its second retail location in Excelsior, and we need a Sales Lead who can run the day-to-day floor independently from day one — opening, closing, cash handling, merchandising. If you like the idea of being the face of a brand's launch in a new market and want real ownership over how a store runs, this is built for you.

This is a part-time role, 25-27 hrs/week, Wednesday-Sunday, anchored around store hours (Wed-Sat 10a-7p, Sun 10a-4p)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

•     Open and close the store independently, including cash reconciliation

•     Own the sales floor: greet and assist customers, run POS transactions, answer product questions

•     Execute visual merchandising to brand standard and keep the floor sales-ready

•     Receive inventory shipments, complete cycle counts, and flag discrepancies when needed

•     Train, schedule, and coordinate shifts with the store's part-time support associate(s)

•     Help shape how a brand-new store runs and it’s relationship with our community

WHAT YOU BRING

•     Comfortable running a store solo for extended stretches — this role carries real autonomy, but has a strong support system to assist.

•     Available weekends and most weekdays during the Wed-Sun store schedule

•     Strong communicator — you'll be the primary link between the Excelsior store and the rest of the Swannie’s team

•     Reliable, detail-oriented, and can talk to anyone!

NICE TO HAVE

•     Experience opening a new retail location or working a soft launch

•     Familiarity with Shopify POS

•     Ties to the Excelsior / Lake Minnetonka community
