Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Drip Manufacturer to join our dynamic team. The Drip Manufacturer will be responsible for printing our exclusive designs on shirts, packing orders for shipment, and managing inventory. This role is crucial to ensuring the highest quality products and exceptional service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Printing and Production:

• Operate printing machinery to apply designs to shirts.
• Ensure accurate placement and quality of prints.
• Maintain and troubleshoot printing equipment as needed.

1. Order Packing:

• Accurately pack orders according to customer specifications.
• Ensure all items are correctly labeled and ready for shipment.
• Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.

1. Inventory Management:

• Monitor and count inventory regularly to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas for efficiency.
• Report any discrepancies or shortages to the production manager.

1. Quality Control:

• Inspect printed garments for quality assurance.
• Ensure all products meet the brand's high standards before shipping.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues or improvements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with printing machinery and techniques preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift and move boxes and equipment as needed.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
