Position Overview

The Shift Leader is a frontline supervisor responsible for overseeing Crew Members during assigned shifts. This role ensures smooth daily operations, consistent product quality, and outstanding customer service. The Shift Leader will act as a coach, role model, and problem-solver, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

·     Supervise, train, and motivate Crew Members to deliver high-quality service and maintain company standards.

·     Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

·     Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies.

·     Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

·     Operate POS systems, oversee cash handling, and ensure accurate transactions.

·     Support management in implementing new policies, procedures, and promotions.

·     Monitor and ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment.

Qualifications

·     High school diploma or equivalent required.

·     Previous supervisory experience in the food service or hospitality industry preferred.

·     Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

·     Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

·     Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

·     Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

·     Basic math skills; proficiency with POS systems required.

·     ServSafe Certification preferred but not required.
