**Job Overview:**
As an HVAC Maintenance Technician at Superior Heating and Cooling, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our commercial and residential clients. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify and resolve issues
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, replacing worn-out parts, and lubricating moving components
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions
- Install new HVAC systems as needed
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
Having prior HVAC experience is a plus, but not required.
Sales experience also a plus.
